Ticket terms & conditions

These terms apply to every ticket bought on this site, including Azure at Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi, on 4 December 2026, and events listed by other organisers.

Ticket purchase

Tickets are valid for one person and must be presented as a valid QR code at the entrance. Keep your booking confirmation and do not share your ticket code.

Payment and delivery

Your booking is confirmed only when M-Pesa payment is completed. QR tickets are sent to the email and phone number supplied at checkout.

Refunds and changes

Ticket sales are final except where the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

Entry

For Azure, gates open at 4:00 PM. For other events, the times shown on the event page apply. Please follow venue security instructions and bring valid identification where required.
